CEO / Owner
Hi my name is Julie. I grew up in Vancouver Washington. I attended and graduated from Washington State University in Pullman Washington ( Go Cougs!! ) I become an elementary school teacher and after a number of years, I bought a flower store and became a certified Florist and Designer. I love the outdoors and especially our world full of plants and trees, that is what helped me decide to become certified as a Washington State Master Gardener. Later in my career chain of life, I became an office manager at our family moving and storage company, where I retired from, in 2015. When I am not working for a client, you can find me playing pickle ball, attending a classic car show with my Purple Prowler or perhaps kayaking. I love my life in Florida.
President / Owner
After high school I attended and graduated from Portland Community College. I was involved in the moving industry over 40 years and became an owner of a small moving firm in 1983. I retired in 2015, traveled by motor home looking for the right place to relocate - I ended up here in Venice Florida, with my wife of more than 35 years. I pride myself in the fact that I was a member in the Vancouver Chamber of Commerce over 28 years, I volunteered on the Sheriff Advisory Board over 3 years, and I was involved with Rotary International for over 27 years. I am glad I ended up moving to Venice Florida - it is an awesome community. We are now Venice Area Chamber members.

A lot of people ask, what kind of dog are you? My parents, tell them, "she is an English Cream Golden Retriever and she is so sweet". I have been in the family since I was adopted at 3 months. In fact, my birthday is December 8. I have been fortunate to travel around the United States plus some of western Canada in our family motor home - I absolutely love those trips - always somewhere new when we stop the rig. Besides that, I am rather lucky, my parents allow me to have many different furry friends over to play and stay the night, week and sometimes even a month - we play all day and wrestle a lot. My # 1 favorite place to run, play, catch and swim is at the Brohard Beach Park. My # 2 favorite place is going out with my parents to some of the "dog friendly" restaurants in town ( Old Salty Dog, Skillets, Burgundy Square Cafe, Blu Island Bistro are some of my favorites ). And my # 3 favorite is just taking walks with either of my parents at Shamrock Park, where I have a few Tortoise friends I see there regularly. On a recent visit there I saw two baby owls. You know, even though it can get really hot here in Florida, my parents have made a fun life for me, right here in Venice. I feel very fortunate.
Cool Cat
Wow, I am so lucky to have this new job with the family. I get to supervise when I am not busy chasing lizards or watching the birds and squirrels in the back yard around the feeders. I love my family and my dog Brooklyn. She is my best friend. I thank my parents for bringing me to Venice Florida to live. It is awesome here.
